HSSOA Vendor Number for HISD Games
If you choose to referee games for HISD schools, you must have a vendor number.
The process to get a new one or update your existing one is as follow:
Send an email to hisdofficials@houstonisd.org. They will send you the W9 and form to fill out and will help you through the process. The forms are attached just in case. The same applies if you can’t find your vendor number or you have changed your address.
