HSSOA Proposed By-Law Results
Per the By-Laws, the chapter members may change the By-Laws by an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast.
The election results are as follows:
49 votes were cast.
30 votes to accept the changes (61.22%).
19 votes to not accept the changes (38.78).
The minimum vote needed to effect the change was not 2/3 (66.67%)), so the proposal failed. Thanks to those who voted.
