TASO have opened their 2025-26 season for new and renewing soccer members. The cost for everyone is the same, $85 until the end of August and $110 after that.

Go to Home | Texas Association of Sports Officials and log in and you can renew your membership now. New members need to create an account and profile and you can then join TASO. Don’t forget to choose Houston (Area 8) as your home chapter, remember Fort Bend is an entirely different chapter, not us!

As of 5th July the training and exams have not been added to the TASO website, we expect those towards the end of August.

You need to be a member of TASO, complete the TASO training, pass the exam and be a fully paid up member of HSSOA to be available to be assigned. HSSOA fees are the same as last year and can be found here  HSSOA Membership Fees Remain The Same For 2025/26 | HSSOA.

High school games start on December 12th and we expect some middle school games in November like last year.
