HSSOA Membership Fees Remain The Same For 2025/26
At the May 2025 Board meeting it was agreed that the cost of membership for the 2025-26 season would stay the same as in 2024/25 and the per game fee would also remain the same at $5 with $100 in credits being required to start the season.
The total upfront payment required for the season is as follows and assumes a zero balance in a members account:

Membership Game Charge for 2024-25
The per game fee remains $5 per game for all positions officiated in all types of game. $100, equal to 20 game credits, is required to start the season.
Member Give Back Program
HSSOA is not offering the member give back of $100 this year but is working on an alternative, details to follow later.
Member Definitions
- A Full Member is someone over 21, who is not a bona fide student at an accredited place of learning and is not joining HSSOA for the first time.
- A New Member is someone who is joining HSSOA for the first time.
- A U21 Member is someone who is under 21 years of age on December 1st, 2024.
- A Student Member is someone who is a bona fide student at an accredited place of learning, for example, college or university.
Questions & Answers
- Any positive balances in member accounts from the 2024-25 season rolls over and is used towards the required payment.
- A member can ask for a refund of any positive credit balance at any time.
- Joining HSSOA requires all outstanding amounts to have been paid off and any payment will be first used to reduce or eliminate the amount owed.
