  How to Find Your Assignments
Select your name from the first drop down box.  Then select the game Date (Month and Day) using the Calendar, or check small box to see all Games.  Then Click the Get Schedule button.  Your game schedule for that day/date will be displayed.

**Please note that the assignments you're getting for future games may not be final. Changes in scheduling are made almost daily. So make it a habit to check the website daily for your assignments before you go to your games.**

  How to Decline or Request a change in an assignment
  • Find your game
  • Determine the PLAYING SITE for that particular game.
  • Assignor is determined by PLAYING SITE - not necessarily the team.
  • If you want to request a change in assignments, you must be released by the Playing Site assignor before any change can be made.
  • Contact the playing site assignor as soon as possible.
  • Contact assignor by telephone and follow up with e-mail.

  • In message to assignor please put the following information:
    • Date and Time
    • Location
    • Home Team
    • Time you are canceling or changing
    • Reason for cancellation
  Game Day Verification
 
  • Call athletic department on day of game to verify playing time and location.
  • Call before 2:00 PM for a 4PM or later start. Call earlier to make sure you get a hold of the Coach. Be respectful of their time, they are teaching!
